SlenderMan: Reborn - Horror Takes Form

This horror mod brings the legendary Slender Man to Minecraft. As night falls, Slender Man emerges in your world. Getting too close will attract his attention - he will begin hunting you while your screen becomes engulfed in characteristic white noise.

Terrifying Encounter

Slender Man has 100 health points, possesses teleportation abilities, and his strikes inflict blindness for 5 seconds. If you manage to defeat this threat, you have a chance to obtain a Soul.

Power from Fear

By collecting 4 such Souls and arranging them on a crafting table, you'll create Agony - the key component for crafting powerful items:

Craftable Items

Cursed Microchip - enables the creation of a Camera that protects against blindness during encounters with Slender Man and adds a recording effect (REC overlay).

Slender Man's Sword - boasts incredible durability (900 units) and deals 10 damage points.

Slender Man Totem - when used in the Slender Forest, summons the Slender Man boss in his true, more aggressive and dangerous form. Crafting this artifact requires collecting 8 pages scattered across various structures in the Slender Forest.

Secondary Threats

You may also encounter Proxy - a creature controlled by Slender Man that attacks players at night and can leave behind a Soul when destroyed.
