Tools with expand­ed break­ing range that allow instant min­ing of 3×3 block areas while main­tain­ing tar­get­ed effect only on appro­pri­ate mate­r­i­al types.

This mod adds a witch hat that grants the play­er pos­i­tive effects when worn.
