What's New in TaCZ?

This project was created through a complete rethinking of the original TaC mod. Developers rewrote all code from scratch, created new models and animations, added numerous features and improved existing ones.

Installation of Official Weapon Packs

For versions 1.0.3 and earlier: Open the .minecraft folder, go to "config/tacz/custom", place the ZIP file there (no need to extract) - ready to use. If it doesn't work, use the "/tacz reload" command in the game.

For versions 1.1.4 and newer: Open your game version folder, go to ".minecraft/tacz", place the ZIP file there (no need to extract) - ready to use. If it doesn't work, use the "/tacz reload" or "/reload" command in the game.

Important: The built-in automatic conversion system doesn't work with non-standard weapon packs. If your pack doesn't convert, wait for its author to update to version 1.1.4.

Installation Requirements

REQUIRED: No mandatory mods required! The current version provides a better shadow experience when using Oculus.
