Introduction

This mod adds the Tornado Intercept Vechicle 2, or TIV2 for short. The vechicle is a heavily modified Dodge Ram 3500 with 1/8 inch thick steel armour, as well as hydraulic flaps and spikes to anchor the vechicle to the ground, which will prevent the vechicle flying in tornadic winds. Its designed to work with Protomanly's Weather Mod. To give the tiv a proper threshold, you need to set it in the protomanly's weather config (more info below) (real TIV2 compared to minecraft)

Controls

• Deploy-X
• Undeploy-V
• Get Windspeed readings (only with pmweather) - R
• Toggle on headlights - Z
• Toggle off headlights - C

  Weather 2 support

  Although i haven't tested it with weather 2, it does work but you can't control the tiv's threshold (you can dig in the config to make it get flung i think)

  How to set up? (IMPORTANT)

• In order to make the tiv get picked up at certain windspeeds with Protomanly's weather, you need to add the block with the id: tornadointercept:tivtwothreshold=(type any windspeeds you want)_ to the block strenghts list in the server config.

  Tutorial:

1. Click Esc and go into Mods
2. Find Protomanly's Weather mod in the mod list and go into Config
3. Go into Server Settings
4. Scroll down and find Block Strenghts then click on it
5. Once again scroll down and click the + symbol at the bottom
6. Type in: tornado_intercept:tivtwothreshold=(any windspeed you want) If it is all highlighted in white, you're good to go!

   Why a block tho?

   The tiv2 spawns invisible blocks above it when fully deployed to prevent it from getting lofted in high winds. This is because i don't know how the hell to register pmweather windspeeds in Mcreator (i think its possible but you will definetly need to code which i can't really do)

   Here's how to craft the tiv!

You will need 3 of these armour platings

One bulletproof window

One hydraulic system

One enigine

And two wheels (any type of wool is okay)

FAQ

-Will you be adding more interceptors?

Yes, i definetly plan to add all of them (the doms, tivs, tornado attack, armadillo, utav, maybe titus and tornado wrangler but probably not) as well as normal cars with attachable mesonets and other stuff.

-Will this be on Bedrock?

Definetly not.

-Will it be ported to fabric/older versions?

No, if protomanly's weather updates to a newer version i will update it but other than that no

-Is it coming to curseforge?

No
