Advancement Screenshot (Legacy Fabric)
Before using this modification, please ensure you have installed the Collective (Fabric) library and the mandatory Fabric API.
Important note: This version is intended exclusively for Fabric versions 1.16 and 1.17. All new updates and versions for modern support are published on the main project page, where options for Forge and Fabric 1.18 and higher are available.
Advancement Screenshot is a client-side modification that fully automates the screenshot capturing process as you progress through the game. No more manual capturing of achievements — the moment you complete any advancement, the system automatically takes a photo from your game environment. The modification uses the same underlying code as the standard F2 key, so all captures are saved to the default Minecraft directory. It is fully compatible with multiplayer — it is required only on the client-side, with no adjustments needed server-side.

There is an intentional 1-second delay between the achievement event and the capture sequence — this allows the in-game notification for achievement completion to be fully displayed on the screen.

Key configuration option available: showScreenshotTakenMessage (default = false): When enabled, the system shows a conventional "screenshot taken" notification same way as the native F2 key functionality would do.
