Adventurer's Amulets

The Adventurer's Amulets mod expands Minecraft's possibilities by adding a collection of unique amulets and accessories that can be equipped through the Baubles system. Instead of traditional crafting interfaces, it uses an intuitive runic creation system, allowing players to spend more time exploring the world rather than navigating menus.

Mod Features

Baubles System

The mod utilizes the Baubles API created by Azanor, which adds four additional equipment slots: one for pendant, two for rings, and one for belt. Each type of accessory offers unique abilities and advantages.

Accessory Types

Pendants provide passive protection against various damage types. For example, the Windmaker's Pendant protects against fall damage, while the Infernal Pendant protects against fire damage. Additional protective functions can be activated through assigned keys.

Belts assist with world navigation. The Windmaker's Belt increases walking speed, while the Transposing Belt allows instant teleportation over long distances. Special functions include access to the ender chest and automatic placement of light sources.

Rings offer both defensive and offensive abilities, including flight and other unique skills. The ability to wear two rings simultaneously allows for various effect combinations.

Charging System

All accessories require charging, which occurs under specific conditions:

• Windmaker items charge above Y-level 200
• Infernal - in hot biomes or the Nether
• Aquatic - when in water
• Floral - under direct sunlight
• Transposing - in the End

Focus Crystals

Focus Crystals allow charging accessories in any conditions, providing flexibility in using different types of equipment.

Runic Crafting

The crafting system uses a Crafting Rune that must be placed in the world and surrounded by necessary materials. It's crucial to orient the construction strictly north - use the F3 menu to check direction.

Functional Blocks

The mod adds five special blocks that activate with proper rune placement:

• Windmaker's Vent - requires one rune on each side
• Infernal Incinerator - requires runes in all corners
• Aquatic Reservoir - similar to the vent but with aquatic runes
• Floral Garden - requires a rune beneath the block
• Transposing Emitter - requires runes 5 blocks above or below

Integration and Documentation

The mod is fully integrated with JEI for recipe viewing and uses Patchouli for in-game documentation. This allows players to easily master all the modification's capabilities.

Compatibility

Adventurer's Amulets is compatible with most popular mods and can be used in modpacks. It requires installed Minecraft Forge and the Baubles mod to function.
