📖 About the Project

Aether Delight is an add-on for the Farmer's Delight mod that provides full compatibility with The Aether and its popular add-ons: Deep Aether, Redux, and Lost Content. For maximum convenience, it's recommended to use JEI for viewing recipes and Appleskin for displaying food characteristics in-game.

📖 Main Features

The mod offers various kitchen knives with unique properties, crafted from Aether materials: Holystone, Zanite, Gravitite, as well as Skyjade, Stratus, and Veridium when the corresponding add-ons are installed. You'll find an expanded range of dishes - from simple bowls of berries to complex culinary masterpieces that provide various potion effects. Some of these dishes can be enchanted at the Altar.

The cutting board system has received many new recipes for efficient processing of local resources: skyroot, quicksoil, flowers, and other materials. The mod also finds new uses for old items: Pig Slayer can now be used as a knife, and Swet Balls turn into Slimeballs.

Additional conveniences include compact crates for storing ingredients, new ways to obtain materials important for Farmer's Delight directly in the Aether, and lightweight architecture with compatibility through Forge tags.

Kitchen Knives

• Holystone Knife - with 7% probability harvests Ambrosium Dew from slain creatures
• Zanite Knife - deals extra damage to Aether Mimics
• Gravitite Knife - with 5% chance makes the target levitate for 5 seconds

• Festive Sweets - gives Speed. Recipe: Candy Cane, Honey Cookie, Sweet Berry Cookie, Sugar, Bowl
• Bowl of Ginger Cookies - gives Comfort. Recipe: Gingerbread Men, Bowl
• Sweet and Sour Soup - gives short time Poison and long Speed II. Cooking recipe: Aechor Petal, Spider Eye, Any Chicken. Served on Bowl
• Swet Pudding - gives Nourishment and Jump Boost. Cooking recipe: Swet Ball, Any Berries, Any Milk, Wheat. Served on Bowl
• Ambrosia Dew - restores 2 hp upon consumption. Has 7% chance to be dropped by any mob (except bats) slain with Holystone Knife. Can be crafted into Ambrosium Shard
• Ambrosia Glazed Apple - restores 3 hp and removes all potion effects. Recipe: White Apple, Ambrosia Dew, Stick
• Aetherflower Tea - gives several exp orbs and stops burning. Gives more exp if extinguishes a burning player. Cooking Recipe: Purple Flower, White Flower, Any Berries
• Swet Syrup - gives Jump Boost and Slow Falling. Cooking Recipe: Swet Ball, Blueberry, Ambrosia Dew

[DA] Deep Aether Dishes:

• Aerfillet - acts as a replacement for Salmon Slice in the Aether. Produced by cutting an aerglow fish. Can be cooked / smelted / smoked
• Goldenleaf Salad - gives Regeneration. Recipe: Goldenleaf Berries, Golden Grass Seeds, Golden Swet Ball
• Quail Stew - gives Comfort. Cooking recipe: Raw Quail, Blue Berry, White Flower, Skyroot Sapling

[AR] Aether Redux Dishes:

• Blueberry Pie Slice - produced by cutting Blueberry Pie with a knife
• Enchanted Pie Slice - produced by cutting Enchanted Pie with a knife or by enchanting a Blueberry Pie Slice
• Oat Cookie - the most saturating of all cookies. Recipe: Oats, Chromaberry
• Strange Root Salad - gives Night Vision and Resistance. Recipe: Quickroot, Lightroot, Bowl

Other Changes

• Added Crates for compact storage of Aechor Petals, Berries and White Apples
• Pig Slayer can now be used as a knife
• When Aerbunny is slain with any knife, they can produce raw rabbit meat, skin and rarely rabbit foot
• When Moa or Cockatrice is slain with any knife, they can produce raw chicken meat
• Blue & Enchanted Berries can substitute for berries in some recipes
• Skyroot Bucket can now be filled with four Milk Bottles and vice versa
• Skyroot Milk Bucket can substitute for mushrooms in some recipes

• Alternative cooking pot recipes for all types of Swet Jelly. Costs less sugar and Swet Balls, but produces more Jellies
• All Swet Jelly types are now obtainable in survival through new cooking pot recipes
• Stratus axe can now harvest golden amber & blighted spores from logs through cutting board recipes
• Bundle of Aether Grass can be smelted into a single straw
