AHZNB's Naruto ShinobiCraft
Immersion into the Naruto World
This mod offers a unique embodiment of the popular Naruto anime universe in Minecraft. You'll find over 100 special jutsu techniques, more than 30 cosmetic elements, and many other possibilities. The project is actively developing - future plans include adding new characters, puppet dolls, summoned creatures, additional techniques, and a mission system for more convenient leveling.
Gameplay Features
This mod fundamentally differs from existing Naruto mods like Mathioks or Sekwahs. There are no traditional clans here, but this doesn't limit your possibilities in learning various techniques. Clan abilities are presented in the form of kekkei genkai.
Starting the Journey and Basics
To begin your ninja adventure, you'll need to craft a kunai and shuriken - this will unlock the corresponding achievement. After this, you'll need to attack hostile mobs with bare hands or take damage to accumulate ninja experience, which forms the basis of your chakra. 2 units of ninja experience equal 1 unit of chakra, with a maximum reserve of 100,000 ninja experience or 50,000 chakra. Upon reaching 300 ninja experience and 10 standard Minecraft levels, you'll receive your nature element(s), ninjutsu technique, and a 30% chance to become a medical ninja. After reaching 300 ninja experience, you have a 0.1% chance every second to receive a random kekkei genkai, guaranteeing its acquisition for all players.
Finding and Training Techniques
To discover and use jutsu, you need to find technique scrolls in dungeon chests, end city chests, mineshaft chests, and nether fortress chests. Simply right-click the scroll, select "learn" - and the technique will become available, though initially it will show 0/150 or another number. This is technique experience (jutsuxp) - the amount of experience needed to use the jutsu. To accumulate this experience, switch to the desired technique and attack hostile mobs with the item containing the selected jutsu in your main or off-hand. For switching between techniques, special keys are used: in control settings you'll find 4 assignments - jutsu buttons 1,2,3 and technique switching. The latter is used to change techniques on a specific item or transition between Susanoo/tailed beast mode stages. Buttons 1,2,3 are intended for dojutsu owners - sharingan, byakugan, rinnegan, and tenseigan.
Kekkei Genkai and Dojutsu
Dojutsu are considered a type of kekkei genkai, so you cannot simultaneously receive a regular kekkei genkai and eyes - only one or the other. When obtaining sharingan, it's in its basic form. To evolve into mangekyo sharingan, a team scroll is required: another player must join your team by clicking the scroll, create a team, pass the scroll to them, and have them join. When you're on the same team, your partner must die within a 10-block radius of you - then you'll receive mangekyo sharingan. In this mod, mangekyo sharingan is a helmet providing about 50+ armor units. To obtain eternal mangekyo sharingan, you'll need a medical scroll and another player's mangekyo sharingan to combine with yours. These steps require interaction with other players. Having eternal mangekyo sharingan, you can evolve it into rinnegan by eating white Zetsu flesh. Rinnegan can be transformed into rinnesharingan by consuming a chakra fruit, which currently cannot be obtained naturally. Byakugan evolves into tenseigan by combining with other players' byakugan in a medical scroll - about 4 are needed for tenseigan and another 4 for tenseigan chakra mode. In this mod, eyes can be stolen: when a player dies, their eyes drop and can be used, however stolen eyes consume 3 times more chakra and wear out 3 times faster.
Tailed Beasts and Jinchurikis
A player can become a tailed beast jinchuriki upon reaching 300 ninja experience, but the chance is very small. In singleplayer worlds, tailed beasts don't spawn naturally - they need to be summoned manually. To seal the beast, the four symbols sealing technique is used - the process is quite complicated, details can be learned from the hour-long mod showcase where sealing is demonstrated at the end. Becoming a jinchuriki, you can activate tailed beast mode by pressing jutsu button 2 (without wearing dojutsu). First, you'll enter the uncontrolled first form, requiring about 3600 technique experience to control, after which the controlled first stage opens. Then 4800 experience is needed for the uncontrolled second stage, 3600 for controlling the second stage, and 4800 for full tailed beast transformation. Technique experience accumulates simply by being in this state - periodically activate the mode to gain experience. In tailed beast form at the second stage or during full transformation, you can press jutsu button 3 to launch a tailed beast bomb.
