Alex's Mobs
Alex's Mobs is a Forge mod that significantly expands the Minecraft world by adding 89 completely new creatures. All these mobs are divided into two main categories: most of them represent real animals such as grizzly bears, roadrunners, orcas, and others, while some are fictional creatures like the endergrade and bone serpent.
Each creature serves a specific gameplay function - possessing unique drops, mechanics, or special abilities. There are no purely decorative creatures in the modification, but the new mobs make various game biomes more lively and diverse. All models, textures, animations, and artificial intelligence are created in stylistic accordance with the latest vanilla game updates.

Unique Features
Many of the added creatures possess unique items that can be obtained. Following traditional vanilla rules, rare or endangered animals do not drop their items upon death. Instead, such mobs as the Komodo dragon and hammerhead shark provide their resources when performing specific actions.
The obtained items can be used to create special weapons, arrows, potions, and armor with unique effects. Most of the added creatures are not initially hostile - they become aggressive only when approached or attacked, similar to vanilla polar bears and piglins. However, fantastic creatures are mostly hostile.
Animal Dictionary
When first entering a world with Alex's Mobs installed, the player receives the Animal Dictionary. This is a basic guide and documentation for each added creature that helps understand the purpose of each mob and the use of its drops.
If the book is lost, it can be recreated using a vanilla book, green dye, and any item from the mod.
Compatibility and Settings
Alex's Mobs works excellently with other modifications that add new blocks, creatures, biomes, and dimensions. It has extensive configuration options - you can specify the appearance of each mob using BiomeDictionary, biome registry names, dimension tags, and biome categories. The modification works well with mods that add new biomes and is perfectly suited for various modpacks - both for vanilla themes and complex packages.
