Welcome to the world of ancient amphibians! This mod represents a massive expansion that will completely transform swamp biomes and mangrove forests in your Minecraft.

New Creatures
Lesser Frogs
These miniature amphibians are the most harmless of all added creatures. They spawn in small groups in swamps and mangroves, demonstrating amazing cohesion. However, don't be fooled by their cuteness - these creatures are extremely poisonous. Better keep your distance!
Upper Frogs
Meet the true giants among amphibians! These colossal creatures possess strength comparable to iron golems. They are extremely territorial and attack even their own kind. Notice their damaged eye - the result of genetic mutation or radiation exposure? These creatures serve as mini-bosses.
Ancient Frog
The main boss of the mod! This ancient creature has more health than the Wither itself and incredible strength. You have two ways to encounter it: in special structures or randomly in the world. Blinded by numerous battles, this legendary amphibian has awakened after centuries of slumber to once again rule its world. And yes, it can breathe fire!
Minions
What is this - a fish with legs? No, these are the loyal servants of the ancient frog. Despite their weakness, they are designed to annoy the player with their agility and small size.
Flies
Small creatures serving to create atmosphere and as food for frogs.
Nefarins
These spirits, inspired by terrifying seraphim, help frogs in their fight against the player. They can fly, blind when attacking, and when defeated there's a chance to obtain their eye.
New Weapons
Macuahuitl
Ancient Aztec weapon, equally lethal as netherite sword. Currently has no special properties or crafting recipe, but can be found in special structures.
Ancient Scythe
The main prize of the mod! Very fast weapon with 20 damage. The ancient scythe requires time to create, but the result is worth it.
How to get the scythe?
There are two ways: find it in chests with the best loot (very rare) or create it yourself. After defeating the ancient frog, you'll obtain its fragments. Using netherite ingots on a smithing table, create ancient ingots:
Then using obsidian and dark eyes dropped by nefarins, create obsidian sticks:
From the obtained components, assemble the ancient scythe:
Potions
Stamina Potions
Create stamina potions from ancient fragments for difficult situations.
Blindness Potions
Annoy your friends with blindness potions! First create night vision potions, then add a dark eye.
Fragment Duplication
If you need more ancient fragments, use goat horns to duplicate them - they'll finally find a use!
