Animal Pens - Smart Animal Enclosures

Boost farm efficiency and reduce lag with this practical modification! Animal Pens offers an innovative approach to animal keeping in Minecraft, allowing you to compactly place them in special enclosures and aquariums.

Instead of letting dozens of animals roam freely across the territory, you can neatly store them in cages while maintaining all familiar interactions!

Main Features

The modification includes two types of containers: a cage for land animals and a special container for aquatic inhabitants. Feeding animals in enclosures automatically triggers the breeding process.

You retain access to all standard interactions with animals, plus gain additional unique capabilities:

• Chickens and turtles: use a bucket to collect eggs
• Turtles: drop scutes after feeding (drop time is configurable)
• Sniffers: require a bucket to drop seeds
• Fish feeding: fish eat kelp and seagrass, other aquatic creatures eat fish
• Frogs: produce glowing blocks when fed magma cubes

Configuration and Compatibility

The mod offers flexible settings for adjusting cooldown times, animal behavior, and other parameters. Requires ArchitecturyAPI to work, and with Patchouli installed, players receive a detailed guide on using the modification.
