More Animated Textures for Minecraft

The Animatica mod is designed for the Fabric mod loader and enables the use of animated texture formats compatible with MCPatcher and OptiFine in Minecraft.

Which Resource Packs Are Supported?

This mod adds support for resource packs containing custom animated textures, including:

• Animated GUI textures (for other GUI features, it is recommended to use OptiGUI)
• Animated entity textures
• Animated block entity textures
• Animated armor textures
• Other animated textures (animation of blocks and items is already available in the standard version of the game)

What Is NOT Supported in Animatica:

• Fully customizable interface (use OptiGUI for Fabric)
• Custom entity models (use CEM for Fabric)
• Animation of parts of 3D entity models (use CEM for Fabric)
• Any other MCPatcher/OptiFine resource pack features, such as connected textures and more

Important: these features will NEVER be implemented in Animatica.

Main Purpose

Animatica is intended EXCLUSIVELY for working with ANIMATED TEXTURES.
