Incredible Space Limitation
Imagine the familiar endless world of Minecraft suddenly shrinking to the size of just one chunk, only 16 blocks wide! This is exactly what this mod offers - a radical limitation of gameplay space across all three dimensions. Impassable borders are installed along the edges that won't allow you to leave these cramped confines.
Global Changes
The world generation limitation applies to absolutely all dimensions, turning ordinary gameplay into a genuine survival challenge. To compensate for the lack of territory, structure placement has been specially redesigned for greater fairness. Particular attention has been paid to strongholds - they now generate infinitely, rather than being limited to 128 instances. This guarantees that you'll definitely find a portal room, even in such cramped conditions.
Known Issues (Beta Version)
Currently, the mod is in active development and has several known shortcomings:
- Structures can appear too close to each other
- The /locate command works unstably - either instantly or with serious lags
- Similar problems are observed with buried treasure maps and Eye of Ender throws
- Magma blocks occasionally appear outside the border
- Mobs capable of passing through blocks can interact with the border unpredictably (for example, the Ender Dragon or vexes)
- Structure locations do not depend on the world seed
- The obsidian platform in the End appears outside the border
- Nether portals can teleport you outside the permitted zone
Creation History
The mod's idea was born from memories of the "Ant Farm Survival" map that AntVenom once demonstrated. Although development began as creating a world one chunk wide, it only became clear during the process that the concept echoed that old map, but with an important difference - infinite generation. Of course, our mod is not as decorative, but offers a unique gaming experience.
