Create dimensions from any blocks!
Have you ever dreamed of seeing an entire dimension made entirely of gold? Or maybe diamonds? Or just dirt? What about... TNT?! Then I present to you Any Dimension Mod for Minecraft 1.12.2!
Thanks to the success of this same modification I created almost 4 years ago, I finally decided to remake it for Minecraft 1.12.2! My old version (for Minecraft 1.7.10) accumulated over 480,000 downloads since 2015!
208 NEW DIMENSIONS:
The modification features dimensions made from the following blocks:
- Stone blocks and their variations
- Wooden blocks of different types
- Ores and valuable blocks
- Colored blocks (wool, glass, terracotta)
- Decorative and functional blocks
- And many others!
Future Plans
I initially planned to add 157 dimensions in this version, but encountered Minecraft limitations. It turns out Forge crashes when loading more than 100 dimensions. I will continue working on this issue and try to find a solution for adding the remaining dimensions.
How to Play
The modification is very easy to use! Just follow these steps:
- Craft Ender-fused Quartz Rods using 2 quartz and 1 ender pearl
- Craft Empty Portal Activators from 2 Ender-fused Quartz Rods and 1 obsidian
- Combine an Empty Portal Activator with the block of your choice
- Build a portal from the same block
- Right-click on the portal with the Portal Activator you just crafted
- Explore your new dimension! (Beware of Wither Skeletons)
Important Warnings
BACKUP YOUR MINECRAFT WORLDS. For complete safety, if you're unsure of your actions, create a backup of the entire "saves" folder and use this modification in a new Minecraft world.
Dimensions created from non-full blocks (slime blocks, fences, brewing stands, buttons, etc.) can cause significant lag. Enter at your own risk. Various dimensions consist of blocks with low blast resistance, so be careful with TNT chain reactions!
