Apocalypse Patches

Apocalypse Patches is an essential extension for the main ApocalypseNow mod, solving critical performance issues and expanding compatibility with other modifications.

Memory Leak Elimination

The main achievement of this modification is fixing a serious memory leak in the armor system. Now with approximately 50 armored zombies on a sky platform, performance increases by more than 2 times - from 240-260 frames per second to 512-546. Memory allocation speed decreases from 3125 MB/s to 400 MB/s, significantly reducing RAM usage depending on allocated resources.

Compatibility with Other Mods

The mod perfectly integrates with Quark - quick item transfer buttons are now available in all ApocalypseNow menus, including future updates with new containers. The developer also plans compatibility with FirstAid.

Loot Probability Fix

ApocalypseNow containers now work correctly with the luck system: they properly unpack loot tables considering player parameters, just like standard Minecraft containers do.

Additional Features

For hardcore enthusiasts, an option for headshots with corresponding damage multipliers has been added for all weapon types, including weapons from ApocalypseNow. This feature is disabled by default and activated through configuration files.
