Armor Souls
A New Level of Armor Customization
The Armor Souls mod offers players unlimited possibilities for personalizing their armor appearance. In standard Minecraft, all characters look practically identical in the late game stages, but with this addon, you gain access to over 30 unique armor sets that match diamond armor in durability.
Each set is designed in the style of various world cultures: you'll find armor from medieval Europe, samurai from the Sengoku era, Middle Eastern warriors, and classic Roman legionaries.
Who is this mod for?
This addon is perfect for role-playing enthusiasts and faction-based PvP battles. It's particularly interesting to use alongside mods like Overlord, Minecraft Comes Alive, or CustomNPCs.
All recipes are shapeless, making them much easier to remember.
How to start working with souls?
To begin trading with souls, you'll need to gather them. The first step is creating Ectoplasm. Place three pieces of bread on a crafting table - and voila! Ectoplasm is ready. Village librarians believe that souls are particularly attracted to bread.
The next stage is finding a Blue Soul, which is the progenitor of all other souls. To summon it, you'll need a special mixture called Black Stuff. Create it from charcoal, bone meal, six ectoplasm balls, and a water bottle, then place it in a furnace to obtain the Blue Soul.
Once you have iron armor, place the Blue Soul and armor on the crafting table. This is considered a trading ritual with the soul that will allow it to forge a new armor set for you.
Helpful Tips
Try "feeding" the Blue Soul various items. Start with bone meal - this might lead to unexpected results!
Note: "Feeding" simply means placing the soul on the crafting table along with an item.
Some librarians believe that trading rituals with souls existed as far back as 1000 years after the Steve era. Sources also mention that souls might have been attracted to some steves' names like KillerHunter223 and XXX_KAWAII_XXX.
