About the Mod

Minecraft starts interacting with you in a new way thanks to this minimalist modification! Automatic doors open around the player and smoothly close after a specified delay. This eliminates the need to constantly click on doorways, making gameplay more comfortable and dynamic.

The smart closing system keeps opened doors open only while the player remains nearby. By default, iron doors are also automatically opened, but this option can be easily changed in the settings.

Included in The Vanilla Experience modpack.

Configuration Options

Control the mod's behavior through a simple configuration file!

• doorOpenTime (default 2500, minimum 0, maximum 10000): The time in milliseconds that the door remains open after activation.

• shouldOpenIronDoors (default true): Enables automatic opening of iron doors when the option is active.

• preventOpeningOnSneak (default true): Prevents automatic door opening when the player is sneaking.
