Automaticons
Your Little Helpers in Minecraft
Automaticons are miniature workers that will take over routine resource gathering tasks for your building projects. Simply craft them, equip them with the required item and tool - and they will automatically collect the necessary materials for you. It really is as simple as it sounds!
How Automaticons Work
After placing an Automaticon, you'll need to configure it for a specific task. First, select the item you want to gather - a wide range of resources is available (complete list provided below). Then choose the appropriate tool. While any tool you have will work, using the correct type significantly increases the number of items obtained per work cycle.
Tools can be enchanted to improve efficiency: Fortune/Looting will increase the number of items obtained, Unbreaking will extend the tool's lifespan, and Efficiency will speed up the gathering process.
Items collected by Automaticons simply drop on the ground near them, so it's recommended to integrate them into a collection system, for example using hoppers.

Installation and Configuration
The datapack usually works immediately after installation without additional configuration. However, if you're playing on a PaperMC server (or its forks such as Purpur), make sure the allow-non-player-entities-on-scoreboards parameter is set to true in the Paper configuration files for all features to work properly.
