Automation Gauntlet

Automation Gauntlet is a challenge modification that completely rethinks resource automation. Instead of relying on just one production method, you'll need to configure interaction between multiple different automation systems.

Synergy Benefits

The special feature of this modification is that when combining resources from all the named mods, the final crafted item provides a bonus resource output. This rewards the player with higher productivity compared to separate automation of each resource extraction method.

Creation History

The idea was born from observing that players often choose the simplest automation method and completely ignore other interesting options available in the modpack. Recipes dynamically adapt depending on the number of installed additional mods.

The mod was created specifically for EC's ModJam 2025, whose theme is Synergy. The goal is to unite mods that typically work in isolation and rarely interact with each other. Hopefully, players and judges will like this idea as much as I enjoyed implementing it!
