About the Modification
Will greed consume you? Test your skills in this time-limited modification!
Avarice demands quick reactions and careful planning from players. At the world spawn point, there is a Fountain of Greed that requires new items every day. With each day, the requests become increasingly rare and specific. If you fail to meet the fountain's demands, the world's difficulty will increase, and you'll face the rotation of the threatening Wheel of Misfortune.
Gameplay Features
Watch your health! Death in this mod is permanent, but other players can resurrect you using false hearts. Ghost players can possess mobs to slow them down and increase the chance of false hearts dropping. (Permanent death can be disabled for a more relaxed experience!)
If you think you've completely mastered the fountain, test your skills in the gilded dungeon - a structure focused on combat where enemies scale their difficulty (and rewards). Here you can obtain a new set of items that turn the curse into an advantage.
Important Information
Please note that this "mod" is actually a datapack! Known issues include the absence of items in the creative mode inventory and possible problems with recognizing modified items and blocks with some utilities.
