New Equipment Approach

This mod fundamentally changes how weapons are stored in your inventory. Instead of constantly searching for the right item among hundreds of slots, you now get two specially designated positions: a back slot and a belt slot, designed specifically for weaponry.

Intuitive Control

Mastering the new system is incredibly simple. Press the "G" key, and your trident will appear on your back. Combine this with Shift, and your sword will take its place on your belt. This system allows instant switching between different weapon types at crucial moments.

Wide Range of Possibilities

The back slot supports the following weapon types: all sword varieties, various tools, tridents, ranged weapons, and even fishing rods. The belt slot is equally functional: you can position swords, tools, flint and steel, and shears here.

Additional Capabilities

For those who don't prefer the belt and back weapon placement logic, there's a special BackSlotAddon extension that allows positioning all weaponry exclusively on the back.

Important Compatibility Information

The mod is developed exclusively for Fabric and requires Fabric API and Cloth Config installation for full functionality. Development of a Forge version is not planned.

Stable Control System

If you notice hotkey changes after restarting the game, we recommend installing the amecs mod to solve this issue.

Note: When using this mod in modpacks, we recommend testing its compatibility with other modifications first.
