
Balanced Enchanting
In the standard version of Minecraft, the cost of enchanting items in the enchanting table is always the same, regardless of the player's current level. For example, creating a maximum level enchantment always requires 3 levels, whether you're at level 30 or level 300. However, the amount of experience required to gain each subsequent level constantly increases, so the same enchantment at level 300 costs 50 times more than at level 30.
This mod fixes this unfairness by making the cost of all enchantments and anvil operations fixed in experience points, regardless of the character's current level.
Technical features: No registry replacements were used in creating this mod. The mod can work server-side only.
