Balkon's Expansion

If you enjoy the simple yet functional weapons from Balkon's WeaponMod: Legacy for version 1.12.2 but have been disappointed by limited compatibility with other modifications, this addon was created specifically for you!

Originally developed for Tekkit SMP (available through Technic), Balkon's Expansion enhances the weapon mod by adding support for materials from popular modifications. Now you can craft weapons using various materials from other mods while preserving the style and functionality of the original Balkon's WeaponMod.

The clever part is that the new tools utilize the same material properties as standard tools from supported mods. If any mod alters these parameters (such as Material Changer), all weapons from the set will also adapt to the new characteristics.

To maintain compatibility and game atmosphere, we don't add basic versions of tools for common materials. Instead, each mod that introduces a specific material gets its own adapted version of the tools.

Quality of Life Improvements

• Implemented more metallic sound effects when blocking with katanas and battleaxes (enabled by default)
• Blocking automatically deactivates when reloading ranged weapons or preparing boomerangs, preventing unintended behavior
