Introduction to Bananarangs

Welcome to the amazing world of Bananarangs! This mod introduces a unique weapon - the bananarang, which combines the properties of a boomerang and a banana. You can throw it at enemies, and it will definitely return to you.

Important Update: Previously, there was a serious bug with bananarang collision in version 1.1 for Minecraft 1.20-1.20.1. The issue has been completely resolved in Bananarangs update 1.2.

Upgrade System

Bananarangs can be enhanced using special upgrades that are crafted and applied at the bananarang anvil. You can install up to two upgrades simultaneously, with some being incompatible with others. The mod includes 12 different types of upgrades, and developers promise to add even more!

Complete List of Available Upgrades:

• Damage Upgrade (3 tiers) - increases damage by 1.5 hearts per level
• Power Upgrade (3 tiers) - increases throwing power by 40% per level
• Flaming Upgrade - sets enemies on fire upon hit
• Pickaxe Upgrade - allows attaching a pickaxe via the anvil, enabling block breaking. The pickaxe's efficiency level affects the number of blocks broken
• Sticky Upgrade - items and mobs stick to the bananarang and return to the player - especially useful when combined with the pickaxe upgrade!
• Explosive Upgrade - creates an explosion upon impact (bananarang is not destroyed)
• Piercing Upgrade - pierces through enemies and ignores armor (damage reduced by 50%)
• Fling Upgrade - deals extreme knockback

Crafting System

Many crafting recipes require bananas - a new food item created by dyeing an apple yellow (you'll need to find some sunflowers).
