Barriers Don't Block Rain 1.21 Fork

This modification is an updated version of Commander07's original "Barriers Don't Block Rain" mod, adapted to work with Minecraft 1.21. This is a temporary solution that will be replaced when the original developer releases an official update for the latest game version.

The mod eliminates the inconvenience of barrier blocks completely blocking rain passage. Now precipitation will freely pass through these invisible barriers, creating a more natural atmosphere in your builds.
