BCLib - Fundamental Library for Minecraft Mods

BCLib serves as a foundational library developed by the BetterX team to support popular mods such as BetterEnd, BetterNether, and Eden Ring, as well as future projects from this team.

One of the key features of BCLib is ensuring compatibility between different Nether and End mods. This allows biomes from various mods and data packs to generate simultaneously in your world. To implement this and many other features, BCLib uses its own world type called BetterX.

• Simple API for creating custom biomes, world features, structures, and other elements
• SurfaceRule/MaterialRule registry, enabling mods and data packs to define additional surface rules for dimensions without needing to edit vanilla rules

The library is open for use by other developers when creating their own modifications.
