How to Use

1. Enter the /selfstudy command to access the menu
2. Select the number of study cycles
3. Start the session and begin the first 25-minute work period
4. After the initial period, a 5-minute break will automatically begin
5. The plugin tracks your progress, showing remaining time and announcing phase transitions
6. Receive a notification when all planned cycles are successfully completed
