Better One Block

This mod is perfectly suited for sky island gameplay, but its capabilities extend far beyond these boundaries. It was created based on the famous "one block" map by ijaminecraft.

Tired of endless waiting on sky island maps while collecting wood fragments and flying dust? Here you'll find an infinite block for resource gathering. Simply mine it over and over, and each time you'll receive increasingly valuable items. These could be new blocks, treasure chests, unusual creatures, or even a complete portal to the End! Of course, the rarest items won't appear immediately - you'll need to show persistence.

The mod includes music and sound effect management functions that create a unique atmosphere during gameplay.

How to Use

For integration with mods like Sky Builder, it's sufficient to prepare an NBT file with a block named "oneblock:one_stone". An alternative option is to give each new player a fantasy bracelet to set the starting position. The command "/oneblock set ~ ~ ~" is also available.

Development

You can create your own data packs using the datapacks repository. This allows you to configure blocks, mobs, loot tables, structures, configuration features, templates, sounds, commands, and their combinations.

Notes

The mod reached stable version with release 1.2. If you start the game from an earlier version, it's recommended to delete the old configuration file.
