Better Placement
This minimalist mod introduces helpful adjustments to the standard block placement mechanics, making building work in Minecraft significantly more comfortable and predictable.
How the improvement works
In the base game version, when holding down the right mouse button (or assigned key), blocks are placed at fixed intervals, regardless of player actions. This leads to various inconveniences such as duplication of adjacent blocks or gaps between them.
The Better Placement mod completely transforms this mechanism by synchronizing block placement with cursor movement. Now a block is placed immediately when you move the cursor to a new position.

As can be seen from the demonstration, after installing the mod, block placement becomes significantly smoother and more predictable.
Additional settings
By default, the mod prevents multiple block placements - when holding the button, only one block is placed until the cursor moves to a new location. However, this behavior can be disabled through the configuration file using the "forceNewLoc" parameter. There is also a separate setting that limits the improved mechanics to creative mode only.
It's important to note that Better Placement works exclusively on the client side. Installation on the server will not have any effect, since all changes concern the client part of the game.
