Better Void Worlds
Many implementations of personal Void Worlds are either just a single boring Void dimension, have closed source code, or simply don't meet expectations. That's why we present an improved version!
What makes this mod special?
You have access to six different types of Void dimensions:
- The Void — a personal empty dimension that you can customize as you wish
- Shared Void — an empty dimension with multiple entrances (new portals may overwrite existing structures)
- Mining Void — a dimension with 60 layers of stone without annoying lava and water lakes, in highlands biome for additional emerald ore mining
- Garden World — a peaceful and beautiful building-oriented dimension with a reliable floor instead of a deadly void
- Desert Dunes — a hot desert dimension with classic sand dunes
- Winter World — a cold and harsh icy/snowy dimension where you'll need a campfire
Integration and settings
The mod supports integration with WAILA/HWYLA and The One Probe, making world interaction more convenient. High configurability allows you to adapt the mod to your needs.
Configuration options
- Dimension offset for compatibility with other mods
- Bedrock layer thickness in all dimensions (except The Void) with automatic maximum height increase
- Ability to respawn in your Void
- Settings for eternal day, night, or regular cycle in dimensions
- Choice of teleportation point: dimension spawn point or current location
- Control over creature and mob spawning
- Management of weather conditions (rain, thunder)
- Possibility to create dimension portals
The mod is open source with MIT license, allowing free use in modpacks.
