BetterNether Reforged
This is an unofficial adaptation of Paulev's BetterNether mod, originally created for Fabric, which was started by Redd90 and completed/maintained by me.
Development Status Update
Work on version 1.1 has been temporarily paused due to other priority projects. However, development of BetterNether has resumed as of October 28th. I apologize for the delay in releasing update 1.1.
Core Concept
The mod fundamentally transforms the Nether, making it more diverse and interesting to explore. New biomes, vegetation, and materials have been added that not only enhance the landscape but also provide practical benefits in gameplay.

Technical Information
This is an unofficial port, so all graphics and most of the code belong to the BetterNether team. Please do not report issues to the official BetterNether team - all questions and bugs should be directed through the specified GitHub repository.
Compatibility
BetterNether Reforged works successfully with all tested mods that add biomes to the Nether. When used together with Biomes o' Plenty, it's necessary to disable the "Use BOP Nether" option in settings - this issue will be fixed in version 1.1.
Supported Versions
The mod is supported for Minecraft 1.16.5 and 1.18+. Future plans include adding integrations with other modifications. After the release of version 1.1, a Discord server will be created to discuss suggestions for further development of the port.
