Biospherical Expansion - Complete Overhaul of the Regular World

This mod fundamentally changes the familiar game world, offering a completely new experience of exploration and building.

Main Features

The mod completely reworks landscape generation, creating unique scenery with non-standard biome placement. You'll have access to 39 completely new biomes, as well as updated versions of all standard biomes from vanilla gameplay.

Forest areas are now adorned with huge trees of unusual shapes, and underground you'll find massive cave systems with uneven ceilings and underground rivers of lava. For decorative building, 38 new blocks have been added that organically fit into the Minecraft style.

Technical Improvements

The ore generation system now creates large clusters of minerals in the form of giant spikes. Some plants, including sunflowers, spore blossoms, and torch flowers, as well as blue ice, now emit soft light, creating atmospheric illumination.

Particular attention deserves the noise-based block coloring system, which applies to stone, foliage, and grass, making landscapes significantly more natural and diverse.

Compatibility

The mod is incompatible with other modifications that add new biomes or change world generation. For joint use, a special compatibility datapack created for a specific combination of mods will be required.
