Blood Arsenal is a comprehensive extension for the popular Blood Magic mod that brings variety to gameplay through new tools, mechanics, and capabilities. This addon becomes a faithful companion for anyone dedicated to studying blood magic.
Quick Start
Tired of the standard Blood Magic beginning? The addon provides several helpful tools that make early stages easier. Once you have a Tier II altar and the Apprentice's Blood Orb, take flint in hand and break glass to obtain glass shards.
You can use these shards as the base for creating the Glass Sacrificial Dagger and Glass Dagger of Sacrifice. They generate significantly more LP per operation compared to base versions from Blood Magic, though not without side effects.
Users may notice they start bleeding slightly! This status effect periodically deducts health over time. Importantly: if any living creature bleeds near an altar, part of the lost health converts into LP, ensuring every drop of blood is used efficiently.
Blood Oranges Deal With Exhaustion
Feel drained from constant sacrifices? Enjoy Blood Oranges, prepared from orange dye. Simply toss them into the altar, let them absorb LP, and enjoy a refreshing fruit with a high chance of providing regeneration!
Self-Repairing Tools
The expansion offers various tools, including basic Wooden Tools Infused with Blood. To craft them, place any log in a Tier II altar with 5000 LP to get a Blood Infused Log.
These logs serve for both tool creation and decorative purposes.
Blood Infused Wooden Tools are a practical solution for early-stage players tired of constantly replacing broken equipment. The living, regenerative material enables tools to repair themselves using the holder's Soul Network and a small LP cost. They outperform stone tools and match iron quality.
Risky Glass Edge
Glass can be treacherous, but with proper caution, you can turn that into an advantage! Combine glass shards into block versions perfect for creating traps, automated LP collection, or simple spiked obstacles.
These spikes deliver damage and cause bleeding to any living being stepping on them. They attach to all six block sides! Any bleeding creature enriches the closest altar. Combining these properties enables automated LP collection early in the game.
Advanced Blood-Infused Equipment
Ready to progress further? Focus on Blood Infused Iron! This material significantly outpaces the previous tier—the tools become more durable and repair faster, though requiring more LP.
Decoration Options
Aesthetics play a vital role in construction, and Blood Arsenal introduces several stylish blocks that blend well with Blood Magic ambiance. Available options include Blood Infused Glowstone (can replace glowstone blocks in Tier III altars), Blood Infused Iron Blocks, and Blood Stained Glass/Panes.

- Swimming Sigil: Boosts underwater movement, provides unlimited breathing, and hastens block mining
- Ender Sigil: Grants access to the ender chest and allows targeted teleportation

- Divinity Sigil: Activates god mode
- Augmented Holding Sigil: Stores up to 9 sigils instead of the usual 5
