Blur+ (Fabric) - Elegant Interface Blurring
Tired of the distracting background behind your inventory and other menus? Want to give Minecraft interfaces a modern look? This mod offers a stylish solution!
Blur+ applies a Gaussian blur effect to the background of all game interfaces, creating a smooth transition and aesthetic appearance. The mod is fully customizable to your preferences.
Note: This is the Fabric version. For Forge, use the other version of the mod.
Adjusting Blur Intensity
In the configuration file, you can adjust the effect strength through the "radius" parameter. If you experience performance issues, it's recommended to decrease this value.

Color Personalization
Change background colors and gradients to your liking!

Interface Immersion
Enjoy the updated visual design of all game menus.

Create atmospheric scenes even on a rainy evening:

Shader Compatibility
Works with shaders! Currently incompatible with Optifine shaders due to issues with Satin - it's recommended to use Canvas instead.

Configuration Settings Description
-
radius
- Determines the intensity of the blur effect. If performance is low, decrease this value.
-
fadeTime
- The time for the blur effect to appear in milliseconds.
-
gradientStart/EndColor
- Colors for overlay on interface backgrounds. The value is specified in hexadecimal ARGB format (alpha channel first, then RGB). Since the background is a gradient, two colors can be specified. Default is black with 45% transparency (75000000).
-
guiExclusions
- List of interface classes excluded from the blur effect. Used for GUIs that don't necessarily cover the entire screen. Default contains only chat.
