Capped Anvil Levels

This mod allows you to set a maximum limit for the levels required to enchant gear on an anvil. This completely eliminates the "Too Expensive" issue that appears when experience requirements become too high.

The default limit is set to 38 levels, which is just below the threshold where the excessive cost problem occurs. Now you can freely upgrade your items without worrying about them becoming unavailable for further modifications due to overly high requirements.
