How to Use CastleBlocks
Creation and Usage Process:
- Craft a trowel - all recipes can be found in REI (or NEI/JEI for Forge)
- Right-click on smelted stone, deepslate, or polished variants of andesite, blackstone, granite, or diorite to turn them into castle bricks
- To identify the owner of a castle brick, use right-click with a trowel

Question: What is the mining level of a Castle Brick?
Answer: For the original builder, the castle brick is easily broken, but for potential invaders it's virtually impossible to break without a diamond pickaxe, and even with one the process takes significant time.

Answer: CastleBlocks serves as a smart alternative to comprehensive chunk protection mods. It's designed for SMP servers with enabled PvP, where players can build beautiful castles without fear that they'll be useless during PvP encounters. Instead of chunk protection, players can now build sturdy fortresses to keep potential invaders and griefers at bay!
Question: Why are some features missing in certain versions?
Answer: Older versions of the mod (1.18 and 1.16) don't contain all features of the main development branch (currently 1.20). Version 1.18 lacks additional items like resin and pitch, and won't receive further updates. Version 1.16 due to significant changes in the codebase won't get castle door varieties and other items missing in 1.18.
