Caves of Cobalt

The Caves of Cobalt mod fundamentally transforms Minecraft's underground world, filling it with completely new content. Instead of boring and monotonous caves, you'll discover vibrant underground ecosystems with unique building blocks, diverse food, powerful weapons, unusual mobs, exotic biomes, and randomly generated structures.

The crafting and equipment system receives a massive expansion. Throughout your entire gameplay progression, from your first iron tools to diamond and beyond, you'll have access to several completely new armor and weapon sets with unique characteristics.

The underground world is populated by specially created mobs with unique behavior programmed in Java. You'll also encounter a new race of NPCs living in sprawling underground settlements full of valuable resources. These creatures are ready to trade, but stay alert - numerous secrets are hidden among their possessions.

For the bravest explorers, dangerous biomes await where fierce mobs guard incredibly valuable treasures. Dare to venture into these places - the reward is worth it!

The mod is fully compatible with JEI (Just Enough Items), including two new unique crafting stations. For comfortable gameplay, using this mod for recipe viewing is recommended. Some performance issues may occur during rapid chunk loading, so installing Optifine for optimization is recommended.
