As of version 1.1.0 8 Amulets exist. Those included are:
Diamond, Emerald, Netherite, Gold, Amethyst, Redstone, Lapis, Corrupted.
Here is a summary of what each amulet does.
Diamond Amulet - Provides Resistance 2.
Emerald Amulet - Provides Luck 2 and Hero of the Village 2.
Netherite Amulet - Provides Fire Resistance 1 and Strength 3.
Gold Amulet - Provides Swiftness 2 and Jump Boost 2.
Amethyst Amulet - Provides Regeneration 2.
Redstone Amulet - Provides Haste 2 and Night Vision 1.
Lapis Amulet - Provides Dolphins Grace 2 and Conduit Power 2.
Corrupted Amulet - Provides all of the above buffs in one item.
I recommend JEI for recipes but if you cannot get jei then look at the images section as I will have some examples.
