Chiseled Me - Size Modification Mod for Minecraft
The Chiseled Me mod offers a unique ability to change the size of players and other entities in Minecraft. The core concept of the project is to allow you to become so small that the game struggles to process such scales.
The mod was originally created under the influence of working with Chisel & Bits - the developer wanted to shrink to 1/16 of the normal size to build with bits as if they were full-sized blocks. This idea was successfully implemented: when shrunk, bits truly feel like standard-sized blocks.
Key Features:
- Player size modification in range from -12 to 4 (powers of two)
- Ability to shrink almost all entities and items
- Special tool - recalibrator - for working with entities
- Dispenser support for automatic size changes
The mod adds several new items, recipes for which can be viewed through JEI/NEI. It's important to note that this is a coremod, which may cause conflicts with some other modifications.
Technical Features:
- Incompatible with OptiFine
- Requires using the latest stable version
- Unusual sound effects possible in some versions
The developer continues working on the project, gradually porting functionality to new game versions. The mod can be freely used in modpacks.
