Clear Mining Fatigue

This datapack solves a common problem with the negative mining slowdown effect in ocean monuments. Thanks to its work, all players automatically get rid of the mining fatigue status each game tick.

The modification is compatible with various Minecraft versions, starting from 1.21.5 up to version 1.42 inclusive. This makes gameplay in underwater locations significantly more comfortable by eliminating the irritating slowdown of block mining speed.
