Cobblemon Intros
A client-side modification that enables the addition of unique introductions for battle music in the Cobblemon mod. This allows the track's prelude to play only once at the beginning of an encounter, after which the main melody continues in a loop.
To use this functionality, you need to prepare audio files in the appropriate format. If your main music file is located at sounds/battle/wild.ogg, the intro file should be in the same folder under the name sounds/battle/wild_intro.ogg. It's important to note that the intro file doesn't need to be separately listed in the configuration file sounds.json — the system automatically recognizes its presence.
How It Works
The modification tracks the start of a battle and first plays a short intro track, then seamlessly transitions to the main repeating musical composition. This creates a more dynamic and cinematic audio accompaniment for Pokémon battles, making each encounter more epic and memorable.
