Cobbreeding

This supplementary mod for Cobblemon allows players to breed Pokémon early in the game, expanding the functionality of pasture blocks.

Main Features

The mod transforms pasture blocks into real incubators! Place compatible Pokémon in the pasture and return later - you might find an egg in the special zone at the bottom of the block.

Breeding System

Here's what this mod can do:

• Compatible Pokémon can breed in the pasture, even if they belong to different trainers
• Inheritance of individual values (IV) taking into account power items and Destiny Knot
• Nature inheritance, including the work of Everstone
• Direct inheritance of regional forms from parents
• Ability inheritance with a small chance of getting hidden ability
• Inheritance of egg moves - all moves ever learned by parents are considered
• Pokéball inheritance
• Shiny Pokémon hunting using Masuda method or breeding from second generation
• Abilities that reduce hatching time by half

Additional Functions

• Eggs appear directly in the pasture block after successful breeding
• Ability to pick up an egg from the bottom of the block with an empty hand
• Storage of Pokémon eggs in inventory - they hatch over time (timer stops if egg is not in player's inventory)
• Mirror Herb teaches egg moves with each egg appearance check

Configuration Settings

• eggCheckTicks (default: 12000) - interval between egg appearance checks
• eggCheckChance (default: 0.5) - probability of successful egg appearance
• eggHatchMultiplier (default: 1.0) - egg hatching speed
• shinyMethod - methods to increase shiny Pokémon chance
• shinyMultiplier (default: 4.0) - shiny Pokémon chance multiplier
• dittoAndDittoRandomEgg - ability to breed two Ditto for random eggs
• Various settings for including legendary, paradox Pokémon and other categories
• customColors - egg colors depending on Pokémon types
• allowHoppersToPullFromPastureBlock - ability to collect eggs with hoppers
• blacklistedAspects - aspects not inherited during breeding

Commands

The /givepokemonegg command allows easy distribution of Pokémon eggs to players. Uses the same syntax as Cobblemon's /pokegiveother command.
