CoFH Core

CoFH Core is a fundamental library that serves as the foundation for all mods from the CoFH team. This project has existed since 2013 and continuously evolves alongside Minecraft.

Main Features

The mod provides basic functionality required for the operation of other Team CoFH mods. It adds several additional objects to the game that can be used for various purposes.

Commands for Administrators

Available through the syntax /cofh COMMAND {PARAMETERS}:

  • friend — management of the CoFH friend list for object protection
  • heal — complete restoration of health, hunger, and removal of negative effects
  • ignite — setting targets on fire
  • invis — turning invisibility on/off
  • invuln — turning invulnerability on/off
  • zap — striking targets with lightning (works under open sky)

Additional Elements

Enchantments:

  • Holding — increases the capacity of various containers

Fluids (without in-world blocks):

  • Experience (Essence of Knowledge)
  • Honey
  • Potions
  • Steam

Configuration

Configuration files:

  • Client: cofh_core-client.toml in the /config folder
  • Server: cofh_core-server.toml in /saves/WORLD_NAME/serverconfigs

To apply settings to all new worlds, copy the file to the /defaultconfigs folder.

Historical Information

Versions 1.14+:

  • Basic functionality for Team CoFH mods
  • Useful commands for administrators
  • Redstone Flux API deprecated and replaced by Forge Energy system
  • Enchantments moved to Ensorcellation mod

Version 1.12:

  • Requires separate Redstone Flux API
  • World generation moved to CoFH World mod

Version 1.11: Transitional version, not recommended for use.

Version 1.10: Includes early version of Redstone Flux API and basic ore generation settings.
