Consulars' Origins
Consulars' Origins is an extension for the popular Origins mod, enhancing gameplay through the addition of numerous unique origins. Each origin offers a distinct playstyle with unique advantages and disadvantages.
Available Origins
Axolotl
Can play dead to regenerate health, excels at swimming, and has increased oxygen capacity. However, loses oxygen quickly out of water.
Bat
Can fly during nighttime and evolve into a vampire by crafting a coffin. Has a small size.
Brute
Deals extra damage with axes, has larger size, and can enter rage for temporary resistance. Passively perceived by piglins, spawns in the Nether, but cannot wear heavy armor and only eats meat.
Cloudling
Moves faster in sunlight, can fly when health is above 2 hearts, and can turn invisible at the cost of hunger. Semi-transparent, but cannot use heavy armor or shields.
Enchantling
Has enhanced enchanting abilities, immunity to all vanilla effects, can consume experience points to satisfy hunger, and gain knowledge from nearby bookshelves. Cannot eat regular food.
Fairy
Can fly when not in water or rain, has half size. Instead of melee damage, inflicts targets with levitation. Cannot wear heavy armor or use shields.
Frog
Has improved jumps with increased strength and forward momentum. Spawns in swamps, smaller size, but has 3 fewer hearts of health.
Gnome
Can choose from three subclasses: combat, mining, or forestry. Immune to fall damage, 1 block tall.
Hoglin/Zoglin
Very tanky, zoglin is immune to fire. Spawn location depends on choice. Only eats meat, cannot use shields.
Lizardling
Can climb blocks, dash forward, and moves faster in humid environments. Small size, but slows down in cold environments.
Moobloom
Doubles health regeneration in sunlight, has "bonemeal points" to fertilize crops. Gains 3 bonemeal points after eating, bees ignore it completely. Cannot eat meat or wear leather armor.
Moth
Gains regeneration near light sources, immune to fall damage, can fly when not in water or rain. Deals extra damage to glowing entities. Very small (1/16 of a block).
Mushling
Attacks inflict poison on targets, can implant into ground for immobility and saturation. Gains regeneration and strength on mycelium, immune to hunger and poison. Smaller than humans, spawns on mushroom islands, cannot wear heavy armor.
Raccoon
Raw food is more filling, has permanent night vision, can use ability for temporary speed and climb walls. Can toggle invisibility (loses climbing ability when invisible), does not spawn phantoms. Smaller than humans, cannot sleep, gains slowness in open spaces.
Rat
Can climb walls, has permanent speed and night vision. Can hold up to 5 items in mouth. Smaller than humans.
Skeleton
Can shoot arrows using primary ability, skeletons ignore it. Immune to poison and regeneration, but burns in daylight and takes extra damage from Smite enchantment.
Stoneling
Immune to hunger and poison, has permanent night vision, natural armor, and can mine stone with fists. Can evolve into golem by crafting golem totem. Spawns in dripstone caves, burns in daylight.
Striderling
Can walk on lava, immune to fire, piglins are passive towards it. Other players can ride it, spawns in Nether. Gains slowness when not on lava, takes damage in water.
Vex
Can dash forward, moves faster with swords, can become invisible and noclip (like phantom), can fly while invisible. Loses hunger faster.
Warden
Has permanent strength effect, can unleash sonic shriek using primary ability. Footsteps don't trigger sculk sensors, immune to darkness effect, all entities glow (except sneaking players). Larger than humans, spawns in ancient city, but completely blind.
Technical Requirements
Requires Pehkui and Origins mods to function properly.
