Conveyance
General Information
The Conveyance modification presents an innovative item transportation system for Minecraft. Instead of traditional conveyors that move item entities, this mod uses an inventory-based approach, significantly reducing the performance load on server or client.
Three tiers of conveyors with different speeds are available, capable of moving entire stacks of items between each other. Movement occurs both horizontally and vertically, making the system extremely flexible in use.
This approach not only saves resources but also looks much more impressive compared to classical solutions. While conveyors may work slower than many pipes, they compensate for this with mass item transfer.
Sorting Machines
To fully replace pipeline systems, the mod includes various devices for automation processes:
- Alternator - directs every other item in the opposite direction from the standard route
- Splitter - divides a stack into two equal parts and sends them through left and right directions
- Inserter - grabs items from the back inventory and transfers them to the front one
Current version includes these main distributors, but the developer promises to expand the assortment in future updates, as well as improve the visual design of existing models.
