Corruptional

The Corruptional mod introduces a unique corruption system that adds new mechanics for interacting with mobs and items.
Corruption Essence
Various hostile creatures, such as zombies, drop Corruption Essence with a 1 in 8 chance. This valuable resource can be used to duplicate mob drops - the rarer the item, the more essence is required. For example:
- 1 Corruption Essence + 1 Rotten Flesh = 2 Rotten Flesh
- 8 Corruption Essence + 1 Shulker Shell = 2 Shulker Shells
Animal Corruption

Corruption Essence can be fed to certain animals (by right-clicking) to attempt to corrupt them. Cows, sheep, pigs, and rabbits can be given essence with a 25% success rate.
Corrupted animals transform visually - they acquire an anthropomorphic appearance with red evil eyes. These creatures become aggressive towards the player, have 20 hearts of health, and deal 4 damage points.
Killing corrupted animals yields double the usual resources. Additionally, with a 1 in 3 chance, they may drop Corrupt Core Fragments.
Ability Cores

From 4 Corrupt Core Fragments and 5 Corruption Essence on a crafting table, you can create Ability Cores. Each core has a unique effect, 64 durability, and goes on cooldown after use.

Available cores:
- Cow Core - Healing: restores health and provides regeneration effect
- Sheep Core - Resistance: provides protection and fire resistance
- Rabbit Core - Movement: increases speed and jump height
- Pig Core - Devourer All: allows consuming blocks and entities nearby for food
