Cosmetic Armor
Version for Minecraft 1.17 and later
Requires: Trinkets API

With the transition to Fabric version 1.17, developers abandoned Curios in favor of Trinkets API, so this mod now uses this particular system.
This version for 1.17 also adds new features and fixes some bugs that were present in previous releases:
- All modded armor becomes compatible automatically, without the need for additional configuration on your part
- The "Slot: Cosmetic Something" tooltip when hovering over items has been removed
- Heads, skulls, and other headwear items (including carved pumpkins) can now be placed in the cosmetic slot
- The tag system allows blocking certain items from being used in cosmetic slots instead of the old "whitelist" system:
data/cosmetic-armor/tags/items/blacklist.json - A new tag defines items that always remain visible and are not hidden by cosmetic elements:
data/cosmetic-armor/tags/items/always_visible.json
Version for Minecraft 1.16
Requires: Curios API

By default, only standard armor types from vanilla gameplay are available.
You can add modded armor through tags: curios:cosmetic_helmet, curios:cosmetic_chestplate, curios:cosmetic_leggings, and curios:cosmetic_boots.
