Crazy AE2 Addons

Crazy AE2 Addons is an advanced extension for Applied Energistics 2. It adds powerful and highly configurable tools for automation, data handling, and energy systems, designed to integrate seamlessly into existing AE2 networks while expanding their capabilities far beyond the base mod.

Rather than adding a few isolated machines, this addon introduces entirely new concepts of programmable logic, dynamic energy systems, and enhanced crafting control.

Programmable Construction: Auto Builder

The Auto Builder is a programmable machine capable of constructing structures in the world block-by-block according to user-defined instructions. It uses a compact, purpose-built scripting language that supports loops, movement, delays and macros. The in-game editor provides syntax highlighting, and if you don't want to code, you can always just copy any existing structure in only two clicks.

Network Logic and Variables

With the Variable Terminal and associated data-handling parts (Data Controller, Extractor, Processor, Tracker, etc.), Crazy AE2 Addons brings programmable logic directly into your ME network. Named integer variables can be created, manipulated, tracked, and displayed - enabling conditional automation, counters, state machines, and more.

AE2-Compatible Multiblocks

Several powerful multiblock structures are added, all tightly integrated with AE2:

• Energy Storage: scalable AE energy buffer with in-network readout and redstone logic.
• Entropy Cradle: converts input items into high-density energy blocks based on type.
• Penrose Sphere: requires you to automate many different non trivial things to make it, but after that rewards you with up to 1GFE/t of power generation.

Intelligent Crafting Infrastructure

Crazy AE2 Addons extends AE2's crafting system with:

• Pattern Providers that can change circuit settings in GregTech machines.
• Signalling Interface to emit redstone depending on items entering its inventory.
• Crafting Scheduler for redstone based crafting automation.

JEI

• JEI integration with rotatable multiblock previews, layered structure views, and recipe category support.
