Create: Cardboard Things is an unusual addon that adds 9 cardboard items inspired by the original cardboard sword from the Create mod. Each item features unique, sometimes surprising behaviors. Here, cardboard isn't just a joke—it's a fully realized gameplay mechanic.

Key Features

Cardboard Elytra — works perfectly while flying but breaks instantly upon landing.

Cardboard Arrow — doesn't deal direct damage but powerfully throws targets over long distances.

Cardboard Pickaxe — slow and weak, yet completely unbreakable, perfect for automated farms or frequent use.

Cardboard Ball — lacks enemy knockback but delivers actual damage (cardboard's stiffness proved deceiving).

Cardboard Rocket — used exclusively for temporary Elytra boost during flight.

Cardboard Saddle — currently serves as a base for a future full-fledged saddle.

Cardboard Totem — saves from death and provides an opportunity for quick escape or leap to safety.

Cardboard Ingot — if you feel like the cardboard sword from Create doesn't knock back enemies strongly enough, the anvil allows enhancing its characteristics.

Cardboard Shears — mysterious tool with unknown purpose—try them yourself to uncover their secret.

Detailed Description

This modification presents a collection of experimental items that appear weak or even unserious but conceal useful, sometimes chaotic mechanics. Everything started with a simple question: what if other cardboard tools also received special logic similar to the cardboard sword?

The cardboard elytra enables free flight, but only once. The arrow doesn't cause harm... unless throwing enemies across vast distances counts. The totem doesn't just save your life—it gives you a chance to quickly retreat from danger.

The project doesn't take itself too seriously but surprisingly fits organically into gameplay. Seemingly minor tools can lead to significant consequences.

Special gratitude to the Create team for inspiration—without their cardboard sword, this modification simply wouldn't exist. One brilliant idea transformed into something greater.

Additional Information

• The initial concept was simple: create more items with "hidden" mechanics similar to the cardboard sword. This gave rise to ideas for the arrow and trident.

• Unfortunately, the cardboard trident hasn't been implemented yet—technical difficulties prevented its proper functioning. It may appear in future versions.

• This modification focuses not on balance but on gameplay enjoyment. And possibly on a small dose of cardboard chaos.
