Create: Fishing Bobber Detector

While automating fishing using Create in vanilla style is possible, this process can be complicated and prone to breakdowns. However, with this simple mod, management becomes significantly easier.

The mod adds just one new block - the bobber detector. This device independently detects any fishing bobber within its coverage area and emits a redstone signal when a fish is caught. To simplify finding the optimal placement, the detector lights up when a bobber within its range is in water. If the bobber moves out of range or lands on dry ground, the lighting turns off.

Configuration of the deployer, its logic, and item collection remains at your discretion - this is not an all-in-one ready solution.

Non-vanilla bobbers can be used by third-party mods using the forge:bobber tag.

Currently, the mod also supports compatibility with Nether Depths Upgrade, opening up the possibility of automating fishing even in the Nether.

Created for joint use with Create's deployer to create automated fish farms. - Requires Create version 0.5.1.a or higher
